Process

*The general process is the same for preliminary and final approval.
  1. Submit all engineered subdivision drawings, application, and fees to the city recorder.
  2. The city recorder will send your documents to the city engineer for his review.
  3. Once the city engineer has reviewed the documents he will write a letter with his recommendations to the city.
  4. The proposed development will then go on a Planning Commission agenda for their review and they will then make a recommendation to the city council.
  5. Following the Planning Commission's recommendation the development will then go to the city council for approval or denial.
  6. If the city council approves the development it is the responsibility of the developer to get the proper documents recorded with Weber County.
