2024 Trash Dates

Econo Waste is the solid waste collection company that services all of Farr West City. If you have questions about your garbage services (i.e. pickup/dumping) please contact Econo Waste directly at 801-627-2680. 
To order additional/replacement garbage cans call the city offices at 801-731-4187. Fee schedule is as follows: 
  • First Cans - $160/can and $11.55/month for service *purchased with residence's building permit
  • Additional Garbage Cans - $160/can and $11.55/month for service
  • Replacement Garbage Cans - $25/can
The blue (formally recycling) cans are owned by Econo Waste and will only be picked up bi-weekly, per the posted schedule.  These cans are now used as additional garbage cans.
