Solicitors License
To engage in the activities of a Solicitor in Farr West City one must have a license issued through the city. All Solicitor Licenses expire on December 31st of the same year they are issued. To renew a solicitors license an applicant must go through the enter Solicitor process. All approved Solicitors are issued a badge by the city and it must be worn at all times while soliciting in city boundaries. Any person violating the Solicitor requirements per the Farr West City ordinance may be guilty of a class C misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as is prescribed by law. |
