To setup payments on a citation come fill out a payment agreement form in the city offices located at 1896 North 1800 West, Farr West, UT 84404.

Deferred Prosecution
To qualify for deferred prosecution the ticket must meet these requirement:

- Speeding tickets - Only 19 MPH or under
- Stop sign, red light, improper turns or other minor moving violation tickets
- Citation must NOT involve an accident
To qualify for deferred prosecution the driver must meet ALL these requirements:
- Valid License at the time of citation
- Must not have attended Farr West City Traffic School in the past 12 months
- Have no more than ONE (1) moving violation from any state in the past 3 years

Small Claims
To file a Small Claims case please fill out this form titled an Affidavit and Summons. This form must be physically filed at the court. Small Claims Court is held once a month, the court date will be assigned by the court clerk following the filing process.
